Expertly selected apprentice candidates

Assurance that your apprentice candidate is professionally selected, tested and reference checked and will arrive on day one with their own basic tools and site safe and first aid trained.  

Efficient HR support for your business

We take care of all HR matters, payroll and leave. We regularly check with you, to ensure you are happy, and quickly address any concerns you may have directly with apprentice. Our experienced team also ensures we are across any changes in legislation or process that impact apprentices, meaning you don’t have to worry.

Dedicated apprentice mentorship

We mentor your apprentice through every stage of their apprenticeship, supporting both their work progress and their overall wellbeing. Our experienced team of area managers are on hand to encourage, and push the apprentice to successfully complete their apprenticeship as efficiently as possible.

Cost effectiveness

You only pay for the hours the apprentice is working for your business. We pay for the time they are on training block courses, holiday or sick leave. There are no additional training costs that your business has to cover, and we even provide a toolkit and PPE for them to start on day one.

Flexible 3-week handback option

We offer a three-week handback option ‘for any reason’, giving you flexibility in your business as your workload changes. We work with our network of host businesses to place the apprentice in another position, so they can continue with their apprenticeship.

Focus on growing your business

We free up much of the time that would be required by you to manage an apprentice so that you can focus on your business, and confidently grow and work with an apprentice without having to worry about any of the off-job aspects.

Easy recruitment process

Let our recruitment team take the hassle out of recruiting your new apprentice.

Meet with your local ATT area manager to discuss your needs, so we can match the best candidate to you.

Based on your requirements, a suitable candidate is found for you to interview at your convenience.

A ‘Host Business Agreement’ is signed and the start date set.

Your apprentice starts, arriving with their own tools, PPE and having completed a site safe and first aid course.

We check in with you to make sure you are happy with your new apprentice.

You receive an apprentice report every 12 weeks of the apprenticeship, to ensure everything is on track.
