How does ATT help me?
We partner with trade businesses who host you during your apprenticeship, while our Area Managers support and mentor you right through until you qualify. We’re an independent non-profit Trust here to help you step up into a career with long term prospects.
At the end of your apprenticeship you will be a qualified tradesperson with a Level 4 qualification ready to enter into a long term career in the trades!
What does an apprenticeship involve?
All our apprenticeships include a combination of on-job work experience and off-job block courses.
They vary in length depending on the specific trade chosen.
Community & support
You are not in this alone. Through ATT, you have a network of support including an assigned ATT area manager, ATT training support, your host trade company, as well as tutors and other apprentices.
On the job
You will undertake on-job experience with your host company and complete the required number of hours working on projects to successfully complete your apprenticeship.
Theory
As part of your apprenticeship you will attend block courses (day or night) and complete the required unit standards to achieve your trade qualification.
