It depends on two things: do you want to train someone from scratch or just need extra hands, and do you want to employ that person yourself. If you want an apprentice without the payroll and compliance work, that’s Group Apprenticeships. If you’re happy to employ the apprentice yourself and just want training support, that’s Managed Apprenticeships. If it’s short-term help and not an apprentice, that’s Casual Trade Assistants. If you want to hire an apprentice yourself but need help finding the right person, that’s Apprentice Recruitment.
Who employs the apprentice. With Group Apprenticeships, ATT is the legal employer, so payroll, leave and compliance sit with us. With Managed Apprenticeships, you’re the employer, and ATT supports the training side.
